Skopje/Brussels, 17 January 2024, dtt-net.com – Foreign affairs ministers of Albania and North Macedonia today said that the two countries are ready with their reforms at this stage to open clusters of negotiating chapters in EU membership negotiations, while Albania is vetoed by Greece and North Macedonia by Bulgaria-imposed conditions in the process over bilateral ties.
