Prishtina, 16 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The President of the USA, Joe Biden, in a letter to Kosovan counterpart on the occasion of Kosovo’s Independence Day, said that his government supports the EU-mediated talks between Kosovo and Serbia aimed at achieving “a comprehensive normalization agreement”, which he says would be an important move towards “eventual” mutual recognition between the two countries, while in the letter to Serbia’s President earlier this week he didn’t mention mutual recognition at all.
