Skopje, 22 May 2026, dtt-net.com – Ministers of foreign affairs of the two countries met today in Helsingborg in the sidelines of NATO meeting to confirm once more deep divisions between the two countries related to the EU pathway of North Macedonia and respective communities.
Bulgarian new Minister Velislava Petrova met with her Macedonian counterpart after a public clash they had on May 11 after a brief discussion in Brussels, when Petrova used the term “North-Macedonian” term for ethnic Macedonians in North Macedonia.
