Skopje, 18 August 2023, dtt-net.com – After a debate on constitutional changes imposed by Bulgaria, the Parliament of North Macedonia today did not vote on the first step to open the constitution for the changes that the country needs for EU accession talks, as the government is short of two-third of votes to pass its proposal strongly opposed by opposition parties of ethnic Macedonians.
