Prishtina, 22 December 2023, dtt-net.com – The President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, today discussed with Kosovan counterpart, Vjosa Osmani, the request of Sofia to Kosovo’s institutions to recognize Bulgarian community and include it in the Constitution and laws, as part of the Gorani minority members recognize themselves being of Bulgarian ethnicity, with the second expressing readiness to make the move after the population census scheduled for next year over what a majority vote is needed also from minorities lawmakers in the 120-seat parliament.
