Brussels/Podgorica, 12 June 2023, dtt-net.com – Officials of the European commission (EC) said that the EU is “confident” that the next governing coalition of Montenegro, which will be formed after yesterday’s early parliamentary elections, will continue aligning with European bloc’s foreign policy related to sanctions on Russia over aggression against Ukraine and also continue with ongoing EU pathway, amid concerns that some Serb pro-Russia parties which are likely to become part of the new government in Podgorica would veto the sanctions.
