Prishtina, 04 July 2023, dtt-net.com – EU’s envoy and mediator, Miroslal Lajcak is in Kosovan and Serbian capitals again, trying to convince leaders of the two countries for steps to be taken for de-escalation of tensions and create conditions for new elections in four Kosovo’s Serb-predominantly northern municipalities and then return to the negotiating table in Brussels for what western powers call “normalization” of relations based on the February verbal deal centred on a much disputed autonomous body for Serb minority.
