Belgrade/Brussels, 14 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator, Miroslav Lajcak, met today in Belgrade with Serbia’s President, Aleksandar Vucic, over EU-proposed and USA-backed statute for , what is named, ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities’ (ASM) for additional rights and powers for Kosovan Serb minority in ten municipalities where it forms majority of inhabitants, as further talks with Kosovo and Serbia officials over the proposal will continue this week.
