Brussels, 22 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The European Parliament (EP) today called 27 EU member states to partially end unanimity decision-taking in the enlargement process and switch to the Qualified Majority Vote (QMV), a call similar to the one made in September this year by a group of experts hired by German and French governments.
