Brussels/Sarajevo, 29 May 2026, dtt-net.com – The European Union says conditions for terminating the Office of High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), known as 5+2 Agenda are not met yet, as Serb entity, together with Serbia, Russia and China push for its closure without delay.
“EU supports the mission of the High Representative and his Office towards fulfilling the 5+2 Agenda. Completing the 5+2 Agenda is a condition for phasing out the Office of the High Representative,” a EU spokesperson told dtt-net.com.
