Brussels, 03 February 2025, dtt-net.com – The EU new High Representative, Kaja Kallas, today said that Kosovo and Serbia need to fully normalize their relations in order the two countries can become members of the European bloc, while a new mediator is appointed on her proposal hoping to end the current deadlock of the talks between the two sides.
