Brussels, 16 November 2023, dtt-net.com – EU mediator, Miroslav Lajcak, today held separate meetings with Kosovo and Serbia chief negotiators over row between the two sides over implementation of earlier verbal agreements for “normalization” of relations, but today talks ended without any change of position of the two sides, as Kosovo authorities insist on signing of all documents agreed in principle, including the latest EU-proposed statute for an autonomous body for Kosovan Serb minority, but which is refused by Serbia.
