Prishtina, 16 November 2023, dtt-net.com – Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti believes that the ending of visa regime by the European Union as of January 1 will not make Kosovo be “emptied” of its citizens, saying that those who will benefit from visa liberalisation will have to return because of the rules, amid concerns of many in the country of potential massive migration as of beginning of next year.
