Tirana/Rome, 31 January 2025, dtt-net.com – The Appeal Court in Rome today annulled the third disembarkment of migrant asylum-seekers by Italian government to Albania, citing “safe countries of origin” rule of the European Court of Justice (ECJ), and ordered the government to return 43 migrants to Italy tomorrow (February 1), Italian media reported.
