Prishtina, 06 October 2026, dtt-net.com – Kosovo ruling and opposition parties on Tuesday midnight reached a compromise avoiding early elections, by electing a new President and prior to that approving changes proposed by opposition to the law on special war crimes following sentencing of former President and three others on war crimes court.
