Prishtina, 15 July 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo’s Supreme Court today said that an administrative directive signed by a minister in technical mandate is in breach of the law and the Constitution, as the same person was elected member of new Parliament in February elections.
The court said that administrative directive signed by Hekuran Murati for cash registers after being certified as member of parliament following February 9 elections in in breach of rules and must be annulled.
