Prishtina, 18 April 2025, dtt-net.com – The Basic Court in Kosovo capital of Prishtina today rejected the proposal of the Special Prosecution for trial in absentia of 40 Serbs indicted over ‘terrorist ‘ attack on Kosovan police which took place in the village of Banjska on 24 September 2023.
