Prishtina, 15 September 2026, dtt-net.com – A Kosovo opposition party today filed its second complaint to the constitutional Court, this time over “unconstitutionally” voted new-old government by “unconstitutional” parliament controlled by the Vetevendosje (LVV) party of the prime minister Albin Kurti.
Democratic Party’s (PDK) lawmaker Pérparim Gruda told reporters that Kurti’s new-old government voted yesterday in the legislative body by lawmakers of the LVV and its partner parties of some of minorities, is “unconstitutional” because it was voted by the “unconstitutional” parliament.
“We contested the decision of the parliament to elect government, because as we said yesterday that the parliament was constituted by breaching the Constitution. A parliament which is constituted unconstitutionally cannot produce unconstitutional institutions,” Gruda said.
