Prishtina, 04 July 2025, dtt-net.com – An opposition party in Kosovo today filed another request to the Constitutional Court amid insistence of the winner party of February elections to switch from open to secret voting on election of Parliament’s Speaker.
The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and other opposition parties accuse Vetevendosje (LVV) of the caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti of continuing to breach parliament’s procedures, days after the top court called for a compromise in constituting the legislative body by July 26 but failed to clarify what next if the deadlock continues.
