Prishtina, 20 March 2025, dtt-net.com – The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, today strongly opposed the EU-proposed and Serbia-backed statute for what is called Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) of October 2023, saying that it breaches Kosovo’s Constitution and also “values and norms” of the EU and Council of Europe (CoE).
