Prishtina, 30 September 2025, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of Kosovo, today ruled that the legislative body is not fully constituted as a deputy-Speaker of the Parliament was not elected following February elections, and urged lawmakers to do so within 12 coming days.
The ruling comes after a complaint filed by Serb List lawmakers complaining of non-election of Serb nominee, thus challenging statement of newly elected Speaker of the Vetevendosje (LVV) party, Dimal Basha, which considered constitutive session closed without election of the deputy-Speaker from Serb minority.
