Brussels, 20 December 2023, dtt-net.com – Montenegro’s new Prime Minister Milojko Spajic was told today by EU officials that the country needs to undertake more reforms in the judiciary and rule of law in order it can qualify for closing clusters of negotiating chapters in the stalled EU accession talks.
