Skopje, 21 July 2023, dtt-net.com – The governing coalition in North Macedonia has sent this week its proposal to the parliament to amend the Constitution and include Bulgarian and some other minorities in it, which the country needs in order it can continue EU membership negotiations, but the government is short of votes in the 120-seat legislative body as two opposition parties of ethnic Macedonians are against.
