Prishtina, 30 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The USA Ambassador to Kosovo, Jeff Hovenier, says that agreed verbal deals between Kosovo and Serbia leaders, including the controversial EU-proposed and USA-backed draft-statute for what is called “Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)” for ten Serb-predominantly municipalities, don’t have to be signed, thus in public disagreement with Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti who keeps calling for signatures by him and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic of all papers agreed at the EU-mediated talks.
“‘Of course there can be implementation without signatures,” Hovenier told T7 TV today :
