Prishtina/Brussels, 13 November 2023, dtt-net.com – A former head of Kosovo’s intelligence Agency Friday published at his personal website a what he claimed to be the draft Statute for Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) written by EU-mediators for negotiations with Serbia and presented to Kosovan and Serbian authorities last month, but a spokesperson of the European bloc in Brussels refused to comment and clarify whether the text is the one claimed, arguing
