Skopje, 29 October 2025, dtt-net.com – Officials of the two Western Balkans met today to accelerate efforts for construction of a new gas interconnector which will serve for American LNG supplies to Serbia from the terminal in Greece.
The 70-km long gas interconnector between the two countries is aimed to be constructed in late 2027 at the same timeline as the gas and hydrogen-ready interconnector between North Macedonia and Greece, as both countries are working to diversify their gas supplies and diminish dependence from Russia.
