Skopje, 09 July 2025, dtt-net.com – North Macedonia today launched construction works for the 68 km gas and hydrogen-ready pipeline to the border with Greece, part of the 123 km interconnector with the EU member, which would enable the country to get USA LNG from Alexandropoulos terminal.
According to the authorities, construction works are planned to be completed in late 2027 and interconnector of initial gas flow capacity of 1.5 bcm/y to be ready for operation by that time too.
