Skopje/Brussels, 31 December 2024, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, today reiterated his firm position that there will be no constitutional changes to include Bulgarian community, if the EU will not guarantee to Skopje that Bulgaria, thus the EU itself, will not add more conditions from now up to the end of membership negotiations process.
