Prishtina, 17 October 2023, dtt-net.com – Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti today warned that if the Constitution of Kosovo is changed according to the Serbia proposal for the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) it “would be the end of an independent and liberal-democratic Republic of Kosovo”, as Kosovan government continues refusing to form the body for ten Serb-predominantly municipalities with executive powers in multiple sectors and Belgrade insists on nothing less.
