EU diplomat says Kosovo “must” form controversial autonomous body for Serb minority

Prishtina, 28 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The head of EU office in Kosovo, Aivo Orav, said that Kosovo “must” form ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities’, a proposal made by the EU in October 2023 and opposed by 81 percent of Kosovo citizens, including local opposition parties, constitutional experts and President , with all fearing transformation of the country into a Bosnia type of internal administrative and territorial division system based on ethnic lines.
