Belgrade, 25 March 2025, dtt-net.com – Serbian Aleksandar Vucic, told today new EU mediator for negotiations with Kosovo that formation of what is named “Association of Serb-majority Association (ASM)”, is a “prerequisite for the beginning of a substantial normalization of relations” between the two sides, a body which many in Kosovo fear that if formed will transform Kosovo into a Bosnia model of power sharing and administrative lines on ethnic lines and make the country paralyzed and dysfunctional.
