Skopje, 30 July 2023, dtt-net.com – A junior member of the governing coalition in North Macedonia said its ministers have signed their resignations, but would take effect only if the conservative opposition party of ethnic Macedonians, VMRO-DPMNE, gives its votes to change the Constitution and include Bulgarian and other communities in it, which the country needs for continuing EU membership negotiations.
