New York/Prishtina, 23 September 2023, dtt-net.com – Russian government today reiterated its calls toward Kosovo to grant more special powers to Serb minority, thus aligning with Serbia and western powers pressure on Kosovan authorities who are still resisting on forming an autonomous body with executive powers fearing internal administrative divisions on ethnic lines with same consequences as the ongoing ones in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) 28 years since Dayton Peace Accord.
