Belgrade/Podgorica, 27 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The government of Serbia is about to offer free scholarship in Serbia universities to all students from Montenegro who in the upcoming census in Montenegro will provide evidence that they have declared themselves of being of Serb ethnicity, prompting strong reactions and accusations by parties of ethnic Montenegrins of Belgrade launching yet another open campaign of incentives to increase the number of Serbs in the census in the neighbouring country.
