Belgrade/Brussels, 17 December 2024, dtt-net.com – EU member states are expected to open cluster 3 of negotiating chapters for Serbia in January or early February, after three years of stalled process launched since 2015, according to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, as Hungary failed to convince all 27 member states to open the cluster this year amid refusal of Belgrade to join sanctions on Russia and the deadlock at EU-mediated talks with Kosovo.
