Belgrade/Prishtina, 29 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, today in a meeting with EU mediator for talks with Kosovo, Miroslav Lajcak, reiterated calls for formation of what is named ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities’ (ASM) by Kosovan government, while at the same time complaining over recent decision of Kosovo’s Central Bank to ban cash operations with non-Euro currencies which impacts Belgrade payments to its parallel structures in Kosovo, including social allowances to Serb minority.
