Prishtina/Belgrade/Brussels, 30 December 2022, dtt-net.com – The Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) signed by previous Kosovan government in Brussels in 2013 and its updated version of 2015 – for additional special powers for Serb minority – has “died” when Kosovo Constitutional court declared it unconstitutional in almost its entirety, and other “solution” will be looked into, according to Kosovo’s foreign minister.
