Skopje/Brussels, 25 August 2023, dtt-net.com – The USA envoy for Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, did not succeed today to convince the main opposition party of ethnic Macedonians to support the proposal of the government in Skopje, imposed by Bulgaria, to change North Macedonia’s constitution and include Bulgarian community in it, without what the country will not be allowed to continue with EU membership talks launched last year.
