Washington, 27 March 2026,dtt-net.com – A new report of the USA Intelligence Community (IC) warns that Russia continues to fuel instability in the Western Balkans, focusing on relations between Serbia and Kosovo and then in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) by backing aims of Serb entity politicians for secession.
“Russia fuels instability between Serbia— which it favors—and Kosovo over Kosovo’s statehood, and backs the separation of Serb entity Republika Srpska from Bosnia and Herzegovina,” reads the 2026 report of IC.
