Skopje, 09 October 2024, dtt-net.com – The Constitutional Court of North Macedonia today annulled the so-called “balancer” law, which is used for proportional employment of country’s citizens in the public sector based on ethnicities and which is one of the main elements of the Ohrid Agreement on rights of Albanians and which ended the 2001 armed conflict in the country.
