Serbia-backed party files complaint over non-certification by Kosovo election body for new elections

Prishtina, 03 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Serb List party today filed a complaint to Kosovo election appeal authorities, following yesterday refusal of certification by Central Election Commission (CEC) for December 28 new parliamentary elections. Serb List chairman Zlatan Elek said that the party has filed the complaint to the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) against the decision by CEC members not to certify the party for the new elections which are taking place after failure of Albanian parties to form a new government following February elections.
