Kosovo opposition calls for resumption of constitutive session of parliament

Prishtina, 11 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party of Kosovo, Democratic Party (PDK), today called the temporary chairperson of Parliament, to call resumption of constitutive session for Tuesday (August 12), The PDK called Avni Dehari of the Vetevendosje (LVV) party of the caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti to officially call the resumption for 11:00 tomorrow, saying that despite breach of the 30-day constitutional deadline, the legislative body should be constituted, following June 7 early elections.
