Tirana, 06 December 2023, dtt-net.com – Two fractions of a opposition party in Albania today filed their complains to the Constitutional Court against the agreement of last month with Italian government for construction of two migrants camps in Albanian soil, which they say is in breach of the Constitution and which is also protested by human rights watchdogs.
