Brussels/Washington, 06 May 2024, dtt-net.com – The EU envoy for Western Balkans and Kosovo-Serbia talks, Miroslav Lajcak, whose mandate ends in August, and his American counterpart Gabriel Escobar whose mandate is set to end within weeks, will met in Washington together with the Assistant Secretary of State Department Jim O’Brien this week over EU-mediated stalled talks between Kosovan and Serbian authorities.
