Brussels, 17 October 2023, dtt-net.com – Envoys and officials of Germany, France, Italy and the USA will travel during the weekend to Kosovo and Serbia capitals, in yet another attempt to convince leaders of the two countries to start implementing of what they verbally agreed in February this year, aimed what western powers call “normalization” of relations between the two sides, while disputes continue over a proposed autonomous body for Kosovan Serb minority which Prishtina refuses to have executive powers and Belgrade insists on nothing less.
