Brussels, 07 October 2026, dtt-net.com – The European Union expressed its discontent over changes made to the 2015 EU/USA-sponsored law on special war crimes court located in The Hague, which includes eventual retrial to be moved to the court in capital Prishtina, in case the appeal panel decides retrial of former Kosovan President and three other former guerilla leaders which fought for liberation and independence of Kosovo from Serbia during the 1998-1999 war.
