Brussels, 07 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, today welcomed recent decisions of Kosovan and Serbian authorities to recognize vehicle licence plates of each other, and abolish the sticker regime, as part of previous deals reached through EU-mediates talks aimed at “normalization” of relations between the two sides.
