Brussels, 22 May 2023, dtt-net.com – As Kosovo and Serbia continue their disagreements over what powers should, or should not, have an autonomous body for Kosovan Serb minority, EU officials today said that the implementation of a non-signed February agreement over the same, and much more in it, is “the only way for normalization” of relations between the two sides.
