After the European Council President Antonio Kosta visit to Belgrade last week, the High Representative Kaja Kallas will also travel to Serbian capital meet Wednesday with authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic, as part of a Western Balkans tour, despite criticism to Vucic for attending May 9 parade in Moscow organized by Vladimir Putin.
