Belgrade, 24 March 2026, dtt-net.com – Hungarian oil company MOL said it got a greenlight by the USA government to continue negotiations with Russian Gazprom for acquisition of its majority of shares in oil refinery in Serbia, NIS.
“MOL has received U.S. approval to continue the negotiations regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in NIS,” the company said in a press release Tuesday.
